Terms of sale and use

These terms explain how you can buy and use the digital products on this website. By buying or downloading a product, you agree to them. Please read them; we’ve kept them short and plain.
1. Who we are
This website and its products are run by Pholtamax Investments CC, a close corporation registered in Namibia (“we”, “us”). Address: Humpata Str 56, Gobabis, Namibia. Email: sellerstarterkit@gmail.com.
2. What we sell
We sell digital goods only: downloadable PDF guides, Word documents, text files and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets compatible) for small sellers. We don’t sell physical goods or services, and nothing is shipped. Each product page describes what’s included, the file formats and the price.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy, your purchase contract for payment is with Lemon Squeezy and its Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy also apply. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Lemon Squeezy issues your receipt.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered electronically. Straight after checkout, Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt with a download link. If your download doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, email sellerstarterkit@gmail.com and we’ll help.
5. Your licence
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may:
- edit, print and adapt the templates, scripts and spreadsheets for your own shop and customers;
- send messages to your own customers that are based on our scripts.
You may not:
- resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the files, in original or edited form;
- upload the files where others can download them, or include them in a product, course or bundle that you sell or give away;
- claim the products as your own work.
Pholtamax Investments CC keeps all copyright and other rights in the products. A licence for one buyer covers one business.
6. Refunds
All paid products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy.
7. No guaranteed results
Our products are templates and tools. We don’t promise any particular sales, income or business results; these depend on your products, prices, customers and effort. The Money & Stock Manager is a simple management tool, not accounting or tax software. For tax, VAT or legal questions, please ask a qualified adviser in your country.
8. Third-party names
Our products mention apps and payment methods (for example WhatsApp Business, Facebook Marketplace, M-PESA or SnapScan) only to explain how you can use the templates. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these companies, and their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Our products don’t connect to or automate any of these services.
9. Liability
We take care to make our products accurate and useful, but they’re provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page when you bought.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. If we have a disagreement, we’ll first try to sort it out by email. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
