14-day money-back guarantee

If a product you bought from us isn’t useful for your business, email sellerstarterkit@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll arrange a full refund. No hassle, and you don’t need to give a long explanation.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email sellerstarterkit@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it’s on your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
3. We’ll confirm by email once the refund has been issued.

How refunds are paid

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the money back in your account. Lemon Squeezy’s own Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Which products this covers

All paid products on this site: the WhatsApp Business Seller Starter Kit (US$19), the Money & Stock Manager (US$15) and the Kit + Manager Bundle (US$29). The bundle is refunded as one order. The free guide costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.

After a refund

Because the products are digital files, we ask that you delete your copies once you’ve been refunded. We may decline repeated refund requests or refunds that look like abuse of the guarantee.

After 14 days

Requests after 14 days aren’t covered by the guarantee, but please still contact us if there’s a problem with your files, such as a broken download, and we’ll help. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
