Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we only use your details to deliver what you asked for, we only send marketing emails if you opt in yourself, and we never sell or rent your information.
1. Who we are

2. Orders and downloads (Lemon Squeezy)
Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, processes every order, including free downloads. It collects the details needed for checkout, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment information, and it delivers your product and receipt by email. Lemon Squeezy does this under its own Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
From each order we receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so that we can provide support and process refunds. We never see or store your full card details. We don’t use order emails for marketing: buying a product or downloading the free guide doesn’t put you on our mailing list.
3. Weekly tips emails (Brevo), only if you opt in
You only receive our marketing emails if you sign up on our own signup form:
- the consent box is unticked by default, and you must tick it yourself: “Yes, email me one WhatsApp selling tip a week, plus occasional offers on Pholtamax seller tools. I can unsubscribe any time.”
- we use double opt-in: you’re added only after you click the confirmation link we email you;
- every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also write to sellerstarterkit@gmail.com.
We use your email (and first name, if you give it) only to send the weekly tips and offers you ticked the box for. Your details are stored by our email service provider, Brevo, and are never sold or rented. We keep a record of when and how you gave consent. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep only what we need to respect your choice.
4. When you email us
If you contact us, we use your email address and message to reply and help you, and we keep the conversation for as long as needed to deal with your request and any refund.
5. This website
This website is a simple static site. It doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms that collect your data. Our web host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
6. What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
- We never add buyers or free-guide downloaders to our mailing list without their separate opt-in.
- We never share your details with other businesses for their marketing.
7. Where your data is processed
Lemon Squeezy and Brevo may process your information in countries other than your own. They use their own safeguards, described in their privacy policies.
8. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds and our legal and accounting obligations. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your marketing consent at any time. Email sellerstarterkit@gmail.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
Our products are meant for adults running a business. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
