Busy chats don’t always mean a profitable month. Some customers pay later, cash on delivery takes time to come in, and stock runs out when you least expect it. Money & Stock Manager puts it all in one place so you can see where you stand.
What it does
- Stock that counts itself: add each product once. Restocks push “In stock” up and sales bring it down automatically.
- Reorder alerts: a product turns red (REORDER) when it reaches the reorder level you set. If stock ever drops below zero, it shows CHECK, so you know a purchase or count is missing.
- Real profit, not just sales: each sale calculates cost of goods and profit. The dashboard shows sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit for 12 months, with charts.
- Cash vs owed: separates money you’ve received from money still owed (cash on delivery not yet collected, credit or lay-by), with an automatic “who owes you” list.
- Your payment methods: cash received is totalled by payment method so you can check it against your bank and wallet statements. The list is pre-filled (Cash, Bank transfer / EFT, eWallet, EasyWallet, PayToday, SnapScan, Capitec Pay, Absa CashSend, M-PESA, OPay, Moniepoint, POS) and fully editable.
- Any currency: choose N$, R, KSh, ₦, US$, GH₵, USh, TSh, P or K from a drop-down, or type your own.
